May 9, 2026 was the 25 anniversary of the Disclosure Project press conference at the Washington Press Club, led by Dr. Steven Greer.

September 11, 2026 is the 25 anniversary of the 911 terrorist attacks on the world trade center in New York City.

There’s reason to believe that the two events, separated by just a few months, are related. I have a personal reason to believe that.

Before I lay it out, I want to say something about what the mainstream media derisively calls “911 Truthers.” I reject that label. I’m not a 911 Truther. I’m a Truther- PERIOD. Whether it’s UFOs, 911 or anything else.

After the May 9, Disclosure Project press conference, the mainstream press remained silent for the most part. There was a brief piece on CNN Headline News that was pulled from subsequent news rounds after the initial broadcast. I still have the clip on my phone for people who don’t believe that actually happened. It helps to kill the giggle factor.

Other than that, there was an article here and there, but never any follow-up, which is standard operating procedure when it comes to UFOs- let that story die!

As one writer put it, the “silence was deafening” in response to UFO Disclosure back in 2001.

For most of my adult life (until the government finally admitted UFOs were real), I’ve had to deal with the “giggle factor” regarding UFOs. People who knew nothing about the subject, but assumed it was all nonsense, giggle when someone mentions UFOs. The giggle factor response to UFOs was manufactured (see: the “national enquirer,” Missing Times, Hansen, 2000) on purpose by those behind the UFO cover-up.

The National Enquirer is just one example. The Robertson Panel explicitly called for a “giggle factor” campaign to debunk UFOs using the astronomical community. This strategy was actually proposed by Project Blue Book astronomer j. Allen Hynek, of all people.

Thankfully, since the government finally had to admit UFO/UAP were real, there’s no more giggle factor response.

I think the same may eventually be true of 911.

I watch cable news. There’s a host of a show I watch regularly – I won’t name him or her – who can’t mention 911 Truthers without giggling- even when talking about the group Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth!

Okay, here’s my observations on 911:

  1. The towers collapsed into their own footprint in about 13 seconds (free fall speed). We all saw that with our own eyes. You can replay it on video any time if you want.
  1. Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth. These are the people who build the bridges and skyscrapers and malls that we all use and depend upon. These are the applied physics people. When over 3,000 of them say that only a controlled demolition (not jet fuel) could account for the towers collapse into its own footprint at free fall speed, people should pay attention, not giggle.
  1. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) – the government body responsible for the official explanation – won’t release it’s data about the twin towers collapse that allegedly confirms the official story, claiming national security. Whistleblowers claim the real reason they won’t release the data is because they had to fudge the numbers to support the official conclusions. They say NIST had to double some numbers and cut others in half to make their calculations work.

Those are 3 good reasons not to giggle at 911 Truth in my opinion.

I don’t know what actually happened that day and I don’t have a theory, but I do have something to say about the people who make the it can’t be therefore it isn’t argument, that it’s just another nutty conspiracy theory, that too many people would have to be in on it for it to be kept secret.

Bullshit.

It only takes a few people in the right places at the top, just like it only took a few top people to keep the atomic bomb a secret. The military/intelligence system of comparted intelligence is an officially sanctioned conspiracy. Even the fuse makers didn’t know they were working on The Bomb.

Now consider what j. Allen Hynek said when talking about the UFO cover-up. Hynek said there really was no US government- just a bunch of competing agencies with their own budgets and their own agendas.

The events of 911 and the subsequent Iraq war served as cover for that uncomfortable silence that followed the Disclosure Project, preventing the truth about UFOs from entering public consciousness. It bought the agency/agencies behind the UFO cover-up about 20 years.

One last thing. I had an extraordinarily weird experience the morning of 911, just before it happened. It was very strange. I didn’t know what it meant at the time. It left me dazed. Maybe I’ll write about it someday…
