An elite mainstream establishment scientist that rises above the giggle factor to take UFOs/UAP seriously is just the type of superhero the UFO community covets. Harvard Astrophysicist Avi Loeb – who burst onto the scene in 2017 with speculation that an interstellar asteroid called Oumuamua might actually be an alien spacecraft exhibiting non-gravitational acceleration in a fly-by of our solar system – seemed to fit that bill.

However, it appears that Loeb has more in common with other mainstream scientists in the past that towed the line when it came to national security versus the truth about UFOs. Scientists like physicist H. P. Robertson (Robertson Panel), Edward U. Condon (Condon Report), and j. Allen Hynek (Project Blue Book) among others.

In a recent interview, Harvard Astrophysicist Avi Loeb, head of the scientific advisory panel for the government’s latest UFO “investigation,” told the associated press, “My impression is the government is baffled by mot being able to infer the nature of some of these objects.”

If that statement wasn’t alarming enough, according to Richard Luscomb of The Guardian, he went on to say he relished the opportunity for science to earn the confidence of a science adverse administration by finding what might be “perfectly logical explanations” for UFOs/UAP.

It’s like the 1950s and 60s all over again– let’s emphasize “perfectly logical explanations” for the 95 percent of all UFO sightings, which are known to be mistakes, misidentifications and hoaxes. That’ll probably impress Trump. The rest well…

Loeb told the AP he was starting his investigation into the anomalous objects (presumably those seen on the videos declassified by the Pentagon, etc.) from a national security perspective with the assumption that UFOs are made by humans.

I was reminded of Condon, who conducted his investigation on the assumption that UFOs were an illusion and instead focused on the people who reported UFOs. j. Allen Hynek of all people, called Condon out, “Scientific method! What sort of scientific investigation is it that assumes the answer before starting.” (Marrs, Alien Agenda p.153)

And now here comes Loeb, starting his investigation on the assumption that UFOs are manmade.

Here we go again…

Loeb has left other clues that that he is following in the footsteps of other men of science who carry water for the Pentagon, despite claims of an open and honest UFO investigation. There’s more…

Stay tuned.
